Pekar Drangtsi Tours & Treks was formally launched in Thimphu, capital of Kingdom of Bhutan on the following core values and missions, which underpin every facet of the group. Core values and missions are meaningful statements that define what’s important to our business and govern how we conduct it. As part of building our business’ brand, it’s critical to identify and communicate our company’s core values to attract customers and motivate employees. How we conduct our business is just as important as what we do. As a travel agent industry, we can be judged by the misdeeds of really bad travel agencies, but at real sense, our goals are to provide value, educate our clients and build long-term relationships. At Pekar Drangtsi Travel agent, communication means that everyone understands what is required, that everyone is on the same page. If our traveler has a special dietary requirement, we ensure that the hotels and safari camps are aware of this and meet their needs; if travelers have specific wish-lists of wildlife they want to see out on safari, our driver-guides will bend over backwards to try and fulfill them.
